The conference officially kicks off with Registration at our LOI Welcome table from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 3rd. The first session begins at 1:00 pm. The final session will conclude by 11:00 am Saturday, August 5th.
First, please make a reservation for the event by contacting your Ministry Representative. Your reservation at the Westin Southlake will also confirm your spot at the conference. For more information, please contact us at 817-267-4211 ext. 3852.
There is no charge for the conference itself. However, you will be responsible for your own travel arrangements (flights and/or other transportation), lodging, and any other outside activities.
During the conference, we will provide dinner on Thursday night, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday.
Please contact us at ministry.relations@loi.org to let us know about any dietary restrictions you might have.
Though not required, we highly encourage you to do so. It is a marvelous facility and will be easiest for convenience throughout the event. If you choose to stay elsewhere, please make sure you have communicated that with a ministry representative so that we can confirm your spot at meals and the teaching sessions.
The closest major airport to this event is the DFW International Airport approximately 10 miles. LIFE will provide free transportation to and from DFW as needed.
Dallas Love Field (DAL) is approximately 24 miles away. There will not be transportation provided to or from Love Field.
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage you to take extra time if you can to enjoy the many wonderful things available in the DFW area. If you book your stay prior to July 13th, the hotel has offered to extend our special room rate up to 3 days prior and 3 days following our event. Contact the hotel directly for availability and details.
Please contact your Ministry Representative as soon as you think you might need to cancel in order to allow us to include others who might have been placed on a waiting list. Also, don’t forget to cancel your reservation with the hotel.
As rooms are still available within our LIFE International group block, a king or double guest room is $209 per night.

LIFE Outreach staff will provide transportation to and from the DFW Int’l Airport and hotel. Please let us know your flight information in advance so that we can plan accordingly. You are also welcome to rent a vehicle or hire a cab/Uber/Lyft at the airport if you would prefer more flexibility in your schedule. The hotel does not provide transportation.
James and Betty have invited a limited number of close friends and partners of LIFE Outreach International. Attendance is planned for approximately 250.
Yes, you are welcome to bring a guest with you. When you speak with your ministry representative about the event, please be sure to provide their name.
